Maybe someone told Donald Trump that Katy Tur from NBC News didn’t know about the comment Barack Obama made on a hot mic, about “having more flexibility” after the 2012 election with Vladimir Putin. In any case, when Trump tweets about something the media is usually quick to jump all over it. This one I kind of look forward to seeing the media’s response.
Who was it that secretly said to Russian President, "Tell Vladimir that after the election I'll have more flexibility?" @foxandfriends

Sure, it’s weird that our President, petty posts on Twitter. But at the same time, he forces the media to acknowledge things, they’d otherwise ignore.
Just a reminder of the exchange between then President Obama and Russian outgoing President Dmitry Medvedev in Seoul, South Korea in 2012.
President Obama: On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space.
President Medvedev: Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you…
President Obama: This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.
President Medvedev: I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir.
As the media continues to fight over his tweets from earlier this weekend about wiretapping, he just threw this into the pile.
